At GearnWrench, we’re committed to making sure your megamods work as hard as you do. That’s why we only work with trusted brands and suppliers that back their gear with solid, straightforward warranties — so you can wrench with confidence.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Warranty terms vary by product and brand, but here’s what you can generally expect:

• Structural Components: Covered for up to 5 years
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Covered for 1–3 years
• Electrical & Digital Components: Covered for 12 months
• Consumables & Wear Parts: Not typically covered unless otherwise noted

What’s Not Covered

To keep things clear, here’s what typically isn’t covered under warranty:

• Improper installation or use outside intended purpose

• Damage from neglect, abuse, or overuse in commercial environments (unless rated for it)

• Environmental damage (rust, corrosion, water exposure) unless specifically protected

• Repairs or modifications done by third parties not approved by the manufacturer

How to File a Warranty Claim

We make warranty claims as easy as possible. Just email us at contact@gearnwrench.com with:

• Your order number

• The product name and serial number (if available)

• A short description of the issue

• Photos or videos of the problem (this speeds things up!)

• Once we receive your claim, we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer and help get your parts or service processed quickly.
